Fastidious bacteria: Francisellae, Spirochetae, Bartonellae, Rickettsiae, Ehrlichiae, Chlamydiae, Mycoplasmas. Serological reactions in microbiological diagnostics. Immunoprophylaxis and immunotherapy of bacterial diseases. Medical biotechnologies and their applications. Chemo-antibiotic therapy and antimicrobial susceptibility tests. Typing methods and molecular epidemiology.
