(syllabus)
Introduction, analysis and discussion of the fundamental aspects and elements of philosophical anthropology of the twentieth century starting from Kant's approach to anthropology in his "Pragmatic Anthropology". In particular, Michel Foucault's "Introduction" to Kant's "Pragmatic Anthropology" and one of the founding texts of German anthropology, "Man" by Arnold Gehlen, will be analysed.
