ENVIRONMENTAL LAW

The course explores environmental legal issues related to the prevention and repair of damage. It tends to provide the student with operational notions, in the framework of a discussion which allow him to adapt choices of entrepreneurial policy to the environmental law. Adequate space will be reserved for sources, including European ones (directives and treaty) and fundamental principles in environmental responsibility. The second part analyzes public environmental law, environmental and administrative procedures.
