The course in Public Law is divided into two Modules.
The I Module deals with the following topics: theory of social groups; social legal groups; the structure of the legal system; power and its species; the techniques of division of power; the forms of exercise of power: the juridical norm and the provision; subjects; the interests; the goods; subjective legal situations; the legal facts; human behaviour; the legal effects; the responsibility; governing levels of government (international, European, state, local); the organisation of public authorities; public functions (political address, standardisation, administration, jurisdiction).
The second module concerns the Italian legal system and the regulatory principles of its political, legislative, administrative and jurisdictional activity.

For the preparation of Module I and II we recommend the study of a manual chosen from the following:
