ADMINISTRATIVE LAW II
(objectives)
The aim of this module is to stimulate students' interest in the subject studied in Administrative Law also through the analysis of case law. The course will focus, in the first half, on some issues of substantive Administrative law (with specific reference to the rules of administrative action) and the second part in a survey of the " features" of the system of Administrative justice.

For the exam it is essential a good understanding of the constitutional provisions on the Public Administration and Administrative Justice, the Law 241/1990 as amended, the judgments of the Constitutional court nn . 204/2004 and 191/2006 and the " principles " of the Code of Administrative Procedure (artt.1-3 d . Lgs . N . 104 of 2010 as amended) , as well as possible further changes in legislation and case law will be published on line up to a month before the exam

STUDENTS WHO DO NOT ATTEND CLASSES ON A REGULAR BASIS SHALL STUDY ALL CHAPTERS OF THE COURSE TEXTBOOK (SEE REFERENCE TEXTS).
STUDENTS WHO WILL PARTICIPATE ASSIDUOUSLY IN CLASSES WILL STUDY CASES AND MATERIALS ON DIFFERENT TOPICS, SELECTED AND PROVIDED BY THE TEACHER. BASIC KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED WITH THE ADMINISTRATIVE LAW COURSE I IS REQUIRED.
The course includes lectures, with illustration and study of specific problems and cases, with exercises and discussions on the basic materials illustrated during the lessons. A written test is foreseen only for attending students. The attending student can request the registration of the mark of the written test, or ask to also take the oral test. For non-attending students, the teaching ends with an oral test. The lessons will be held in online mode.
For Erasmus students Examination in Administrative Law II can be taken as part of the Erasmus Program respecting the procedure foreseen by the didactic regulation, with prior request to the teacher. In this regard, it should be remembered that the regulation states that "for the purposes of compiling the Learning Agreement, each professor of the Faculty of Jurisprudence of Roma Tre concerned must be contacted by the student through the relevant area contact person. The teacher contacted must provide the own opinion on the full or partial substitution proposal agreeing the possible integration of the program ".
