(syllabus)
The focus of the study is the evolution of the industrial production, employment including legal aspects and the compensation of Italian workers in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
Meetings will be held with representatives of trade unions and entrepreneurial organizations and some screenings of documentary films and film-fiction at work will be shown in collaboration with the Archivio audiovisivo del Movimento operaio e democratico (AAMOD).
