The course aims to train students with specific knowledge and skills related to the collective and individual discipline of labour relations, reconstructing its genesis in a broader framework that takes into account the legal attitudes of the individual cases, the historical, political, economic and social interference in the evolution of our country.
In particular, it aims to provide students with the legal and applicative knowledge on the discipline of the employment relationship, promoting the study of legislation (legal, administrative and contractual) and jurisprudence on the subject; develop professional skills and innovative capacity.
