(syllabus)
Development Psychopathologies Learning objectives The present course has as an objective the study of the basic principles of development psychopathologies, by means of expanding models, proceedings and evaluation methods that are specific at various stages of development. What’s more, it provides students with theoretical and practical notions concerning programs of prevention and support during the age of development. The students who pass the examination will be able to elaborate educational programs that are appropriate to a population considered “at risk”. During this course the main models of development psychopathologies will be expanded and a presentation will be made about the patterns of development during childhood and adolescence, such as: - intellectual disabilities; - autism spectrum disorders; - specific learning disorders and learning difficulties; - attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; - disruptive, impulse-control and conduct disorders; - anxiety disorders; - depressive disorders.
At last, a presentation will be made about relational and communicative dynamics among the experts involved in the professional teaching context and aspects of school and social inclusion (as per DL n. 66/2017)
Course: - A knowledge of the main psychopathological childhood patterns - Showing the problems concerning diagnostically defined syndromes - Learning evaluation principles - Getting familiar with definite means of evaluation (for example, the functional one known as LAP)
