LABOUR LAW
(objectives)
Consistent with the educational objectives of the dregee course in Economics and Management (CLEGA) and the degree course in Economics (CLE), labour law promotes knowledge of the fundamental institutes of labor law through a logical-scientific and methodological approach to the subject, which allows students to acquire a solid basis for labor standards interpretation in their concrete implementation and in their evolutionary dynamics. It is therefore proposed to provide the conceptual tools and reading keys to allow the comprehension of the labor legal system in its essential components through the analysis of rules and their concrete application. At the end of the course, the student will have acquired: - the knowledge of the basic categories of labor law and trade union law with the fundamentals of labor law; - a conceptual apparatus and an appropriate technical language; - a comprehension method of the subject and the methodological and analytical skills to understand the topical phenomena related to the world of work and the dynamics of evolution of the subject.
