(objectives)
The course aims to introduce students to the knowledge of the Italian and supranational legal system in their fundamental and characterizing elements, with an in-depth study of the issues related to the management of public rights and public functions in relation to the community of citizens, institutional aspects and the dynamics of managing local, national and supranational orders. It will be addressed issues relating to the instruments of constitutional guarantees, the relations between "regulatory" state policies and markets in the context of the economic Constitution.
