The course aims to analize the evolution of “Mafia organized crime” both from the point of view of historical evolution and from the point of view of crime fighting legislation.
Particular attention will also be given to the problem of mafia-political relations, through the study of the changes recently made to the case of political-mafia electoral exchange (art. 416 ter c.p.p.), and to the study of prevention measures, as regulated in the c.d. Anti-Mafia Code.
