Module: (objectives) The course aims to provide the foundations of International Economic Law, integrated with notions of finance law, particularly important today to understand economic flows. An introduction to international law follows a second part focusing on economic institutions (World Bank, International Monetary Fund, World Trade Organization, etc.) and a third part on the settlement of disputes. International finance law is investigated starting from sovereign wealth funds and other long, medium and short-term investment funds. Particular attention is given to technological innovation which is the foundation of the current evolution of International law.
