TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL APPLICABILITY
(objectives)
The discipline introduces students to the system of knowledge necessary to operate, as training professionals, in the context characterized by changes in the labor market and in the rights of citizenship for education due to the profound technological and organizational innovations. It intends to make known the issues of learning with particular attention to continuous training contracted, as has been articulated, in our country, starting from Law 236/93 up to the very recent Joint Interprofessional Funds. The disciplinary approach is completed by defining the European context through the important points of the European Union guidelines with respect to the issues of the knowledge society, and the analysis of training policies aimed at immigrants.
