EDUCATIONAL GOALS
The program provides a complete preparation in the subject of criminal procedure law. It also provides a critical and jurisprudential examination of the institutes that are proposed at the students’ attention.
In addition to this, attention is also provided to the problems connected with evidence, trial at the legal entity and estoppels during the trial.
