SOCIAL AND WORK EDUCATION
(objectives)
Students are expected to demonstrate their knowledge of the fundamental aspects of the discipline in its historical development (the view of work from an anthropological point of view, from the Christian view to the liberal view and to the frontiers of the "knowledge society"), the emergence of issues related to the evolution of social systems in the twentieth century up to the themes of modernity, with particular attention to interdisciplinary comparison (economics, sociology of organisation, social psychology). The teaching includes the workshop: -Training and organizational development. The workshop aims at acquiring skills related to the design of training interventions: - The contextualisation of training activities in the context of People Strategy and business organisation -The analysis of human resources management and development processes- The life cycle of a training intervention - The planning of activities - The analysis of training needs - The preparation of the training intervention - The design and development of activities - The delivery of the service - The evaluation - The design according to the model of good training practices and total quality - The design strategies and qualities of training actions - The evaluation of training interventions according to the model of total quality.
