The activity aims to describe the development of the “primacy” . We'll examine the Primacy of EU law as interpreted by the Court of Justice, by Constitutional court and by the other national judges. 1. Introduction: the birth of the primacy. - 2. The three basis of the primacy. - 3. Direct effect/disapplication as interpreted by the Court of Justice, by Constitutional court and by the other national judges. - 4. Consistent interpretation as interpreted by the Court of Justice, by Constitutional court and by the other national judges. - 5. The reference for a preliminary ruling as interpreted by the Court of Justice, by Constitutional court and by the other national judges. - 6. Double preliminary questions - constitutional and European. New questions.
