| Attività: Corporate criminal Liability
(objectives)
The course will focus on the discipline of corporate crime liability under Legislative Decree 231/2001, and more specifically on the conditions of this liability, the structure of the offense and its subjective criteria. Furthermore, the course will concentrate with particular attention on the elaboration and implementation of compliance programs.
