(syllabus)
The course aims to provide the basics of International Economic Law, starting from the institutions (World Bank, International Monetary Fund, World Trade Organization among others) and the way in which the issues of economics and finance are addressed and resolved (dispute resolution systems, starting from the ICSID one). Characteristic of the course is also a specific attention to finance, not only to the economy, that is particularly relevant for interpreting economic flows.
