2) The second module concerns the concept of law and the theory of the legal system
3) the third module provides and introduction to critical legal studies

The course will introduce the students to the central topics in the philosophy of law (such as the concept of norm, of legal system, of legal interpretation, of legal rights), from the perspective of the evolution of 'constitutionalism', or 'rule of law', from the XVIII century onwards.
