Spanish linguistics for international communication 2. Spanish language and the new technologies: theoretical and applied perspectives
The course intends to give students theoretical and applied linguistics knowledge on spanish language in the context of international communication. In particular, the module will deal with aspects related to Spanish and the new technologies, in a double perspective. While contributing to the reflection on the role of language in nowadays society and fostering advanced competences in the linguistic analysis of Spanish, it aims at developing higher level translation competences, by working on texts produced in a variety of international specialized discourse contexts.
