Teacher	MAROTTA EGIDIO (syllabus) The course of public law is divided into two modules. The I Module deals with the following topics: theory of social groups; the social system groups; the structure of the legal system; power and its species; the techniques of dividing power; the forms of exercising power: the legal norm and the provision; subjects; interests; the goods; subjective legal situations; legal facts; human behavior; the legal effects; the responsability; the ordering levels of governance (international, European Community, state, local); the organization of public powers; public functions (political address, standardization, administration, jurisdiction). The second module deals with the Italian legal system and the regulatory principles of its political, legislative, administrative and judicial activities. (reference books) Educational materials During the course will be available educational materials for explanatory and exercise on the site of the Departments in the appropriate spaces reserved for the purpose as well as on the fb page of the subject.
