IT IS NECESSARY TO PUT AN EDUCATIONAL REFLECTION IN THE SOCIAL AREA. DOING SO BECOME IMPORTANT EVERYBODY WHO ESTABLISHED IN THE SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL AREA IN THE NAME OF ATTITUDES, KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCES THAT REVEAL IN THAT PEOPLE THE ESSENCE OF THEIR PROFESSION. IT LIVES IN THE PLACE OF SOCIAL AND CULTURAL CRITICITY AND MOVES THROUGH THE FORMS OF RATIONALITY AND PROMOTION TO EMANCIPATION. THE ROLE OF THE EDUCATOR IS EXPRESSED SO, BY ITS NATURE, TO A NON-CLEAR DEFINITION THAT HOWEVER RECALLS WITH COURAGE THE YOUNG TO INTEND THEIR PROFESSIONAL ROUTE TO EDUCATION WITH THE AMBIGUITIES AND UNCERTAINTIES OF HIS TRAINING PROCESS.
