THE INSTITUTIONAL COURSE PROVIDES AN INTERPRETATIVE FRAMEWORK FOR UNDERSTANDING INTERSTATE RELATIONS AND CONCEPTUALIZES THE LEVELS OF ANALYSIS – THE INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM, THE STATE AND THE INDIVIDUAL – TO EXPLAIN GLOBAL POLITICS TODAY. THE THEORETICAL BACKGROUND IS DIRECTED TO DEVELOP THE COMPLEXITY OF INTERNATIONAL POLITICS AND INCREASING INTERACTION BETWEEN GLOBAL ACTORS (STATE, INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS, NGO, MULTINATIONALS)THROUGH AN EXPLORATION OF THE MOST IMPORTANT SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES.
