EDUCATION FOR DEVIANCY AND MARGINALITY
(objectives)
The theoretical foundations and the methodological-operative applications provided by the current pedagogical debate about the phenomena that can "predispose" to deviance, will represent the starting point for a reflection on some emerging issues in contemporary society, related to discomfort and marginality. The objectives of the course are the following: to grasp the specificity of the pedagogical approach of the discipline and the interconnections with other knowledge: to know the complexity of the types of deviance and marginality; analyze the educational strategies implemented in the different realities; analyze the knowledge and specific know-how of the professional educator involved in the educational development of minors; analyze the relationship of care and the professional figure of the educator in the penitentiary area; to stimulate a greater awareness of one's professional self; consolidate knowledge about relational components.
