Teacher	CONTE EMANUELE (syllabus) The course aims at applying the “learning by experience” methodology to women’s rights, with a particular focus on social identity of migrant women in Italy. This will be made possible thanks to the collaboration with A Buon Diritto onlus, which will offer the students the opportunity to collaborate in the activities of legal assistance. The methodology, which integrates a theoretical perspective (both legal-philosophical and legal-historical) and a practical activity by means of a legal helpdesk, aims at developing a theoretical analysis of concrete, individual experiences. (reference books) Readings and course materials shall be provided during the course.
