Teacher	MAROTTA EGIDIO (syllabus) The course in Public Law is divided into two Modules. The I Module deals with the following topics: theory of social groups; social legal groups; the structure of the legal system; power and its species; the techniques of division of power; the forms of exercise of power: the juridical norm and the provision; subjects; the interests; the goods; subjective legal situations; the legal facts; human behavior; the legal effects; the responsability; governing levels of government (international, European, state, local); the organization of public authorities; public functions (political address, standardization, administration, jurisdiction). The second module concerns the Italian legal system and the regulatory principles of its political, legislative, administrative and jurisdictional activity.
