PUBLIC LAW
(objectives)
In line with the educational objectives of the Degree Course in Economics and Business Management (CLEGA), the course aims to introduce students to the knowledge of the Italian legal system, in its fundamental and characterising elements, with an in-depth analysis of the issues related to the management and organisation of public powers and public functions in relation to the community of citizens, institutional aspects and the dynamics of management of powers with particular regard to the forms of participation in local, national and supranational laws. Upon completion of teaching, the student will be able to * know the fundamental notions of the structure and institutions of the Italian legal system; * articulate these notions in a conceptually and formally correct way, using adequately legislative and codicistic tools; * understand the nature of the choices made by the Constituent Assembly; * apply the results of regulatory research to the resolution of legal problems; * actively seek the most suitable ideas and deductive chains to demonstrate the links between the branches of public law.
