The main Italian public administrations, with particular reference to those in the environmental field. - The environmental authorizations with particular reference to “VIA”. - Constitutional principles concerning public administrations and their activity. - The administrative procedure law and the main administrative institutions: the administrative procedure, access to administrative documents, silent assent, “SCIA”, “conferenza di servizi”. - An outline of public tenders proceedings.
