(syllabus)
The course aims to analyze the opportunities to use movies as historical sources and historical "agent", because it not only represents a vision but also contributes to build new historical views. It could be very useful to study social history and belongs and self representations, and this course will be focused on British history during the 80s.

Students not attending should contact the teacher before the final exam. They have to prepare an analysis for each movie (following an established format) and prepare a paper on two movies.
