Introduction to hispanic linguistics and to linguistic and cultural mediation (italian/spanish) The module intends to introduce students to the study of some fundamental aspects of spanish language (phonetic-phonological system, orthographic norms, lexical morphology) and to their concrete use in different communicative situations, by considering different dialectal varieties in the hispanic world, in a contrastive and intercultural perspective (IT/SP). The module, moreover, will introduce students to the basic notions on the history of spanish, to the use of dictionary and to the activity of mediation among spanish and italian. The contents of the course will be articulated into four parts: 1. Fundamentals of phonetics, phonology and orthography 2. Lexical morphology, introduction to the use of dictionary 3. Basic notions on the history of language and to diatopic varieties 4. Exercises in interlinguistic mediation
