Necropoleis, Tombs and Funeral Architecture in Etruria: 9th - 2nd cent. B.C.
Description:
This course - only for students of the Laurea triennale - gives an introduction into the development and characteristics of the Etruscan necropoleis and tombs from the Villanovan to the Hellenistic period.
There will be organized some visit in museums and archeological sites (Necropolis of Cerveteri) too.

Title:
History of Etruscology and introduction into the Etruscan language and epigraphy
Description:
This course - valid both for students of the Laurea Triennale and the Laurea Magistrale - offers an introduction into the history of the Etruscan researches and discoveries from the the Renaissance to our days and an introduction into the Etruscan language and epigraphy. Knowledge of the Greek alphabet is absolutely necessery !
There will be organized some visit of museums and archeological sites.
