Teacher	FANTAPPIÈ CARLO (syllabus) The course offers a historical reconstruction of the legal and canonical models of marriage from the Middle Ages to the 1983 Code. The different forms of marriage in the papal decretals, in the Council of Trent and in the Codes of canon law of 1917 and 1983 will be examined. The recent reforms of Pope Francis will also be examined. (reference books) No text. Lectures, seminars with Italian and foreign scholars.
