The goal is to provide comprehensive information on all aspects, legal and medical, safety at work on the basis of existing legislation. It will be also addressed the issue of liability, civil or criminal, as well as that resulting from the application of Law 626/94. With regard to health, will be treated the risks present at the workplace, including those resulting from exposure to mutagens and carcinogens, the findings related health and prevention tools to be implemented.
