(syllabus)
After a short introduction into translation theory and a study of some particular theoretical questions, such as the concept of equivalence, universal theories compared to relativistic theories in translation theory, the "Skopos Theory", the "Frames & Scenes", we will dedicate us to practical translation work. This year we will work together on the translation of the book "My minute with Paul McCartney" by the famous german author Friedrich Christian Delius.
