COMMERCIAL LAW: The scope of the course is to assess the business regulation on the basis of the following program: I. The business risk. Business and enterprises. Competition and antitrust. Enterprises information and budget. Enterprise, intellectual property and "intangible" values. Contestability, business transfer and takeover bid. II. Enterprise forms and responsibility. Government and business management. Business organization and participation. Corporate governance. Cooperation and integration between companies. III. Enterprise activity. Services mobilization and credit bonds. Real estate and financial intermediation. Negotiation and enterprise contracts. Enterprise warranties and commercial disputes. Liquidation and turnaround, IV. Insolvency procedures. Business crisis and involved interests. Enterprise recovery plan and agreed solutions. Bankruptcy procedures. Assets management and liquidation. Extraordinary administration procedures.

Business Law I
The course is focused on the study of the legal aspects of the company and on the understanding of the same through the analysis of the phenomenon and the discipline of intellectual professions and in particular of the company among professionals. In particular, the topics covered by the course are: sole proprietorship, partnerships and corporations, including companies listed on regulated markets which will be dedicated ample space. Specific analyses are also reserved to cooperatives and mutual phenomena. The teaching method provides a constant dialogue with the students and their active participation in class.
