(I) capacity to indentify relevant rules and ability to identify their application issues within the area of the law related to the fight against terrorism and human rights; (II) capacity to analyse facts and ability to subsume them within relevant norms; (III) capacity to strategically evaluate the facts of the case and ability to establish an effective defence; (IV) capacity to understand relevant national rules and ability to draft legal memoranda in English with the aim of making an external reader acquainted with the specificities of the Italian legal order; (V) capacity to indentify rules of other relevant legal orders and capacity to create relations among them; (VI) competence to draft legal briefs with the aim of submitting a de-listing application, in particular competence to draft legal briefs with a style appropriate to international law firms and the UN.

Readings and course materials shall be provided during the course.
