The class aims to achieve the knowledge of mediation and conciliation system, with special reference to the ADR devices and how they are related to civil proceedings. The class will be coordinated to Civil Procedure I and II classes.
During the first part, an high attention will be reserved to the different hypothesis of conciliation; the second part will be focused to the analysis of the decreto legislativo n. 28/2010.
Passing an oral exam is fundamental to achive 2 CFUs; class attendance is mandatory.
Oral exams will be set the same days of Civil Procedure I and II ones.
Class will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, 2.15 p.m. - 4.00 p.m., Tuesday in class n. 6 and Wednesday in class n. 9, Via Ostiense 159 Building (Main Building).
Class will start on March 2017 according to the following time-table:

March, 14th, 15th, 21st, 22nd;

April, 4th, 5th, 11th, 12th.

One of the suggested civil procedure manuals. Specific papers will be suggested in class.
