Derived from	20110070 Diritto Internazionale ed Europeo dei disastri in Law LMG/01 BARTOLINI GIULIO (syllabus) INTERNATIONAL AND EUROPEAN DISASTER LAW Main issues addressed during the course are: International institutional and legal framework pertaining to disaster law; disaster risk reduction and its main principles; the role of the EU and other international organisations in case of disasters; protection of human rights during disasters. (reference books) Readings and course materials shall be provided during the course.
