DERECHO IBERO-AMERICANO(DIRITTO IBERO-AMERICANO): The course analyzes the general structure of the State and its local branches in Spain and in South America. In particular, the course will focus on the distinctions among different constitutional organizations, and especially the role and the functions of the Constitutional Court, and on State’s parts: Parliament, Government, President of the Republic. Then, the course will analyze fundamental rights and their guarantees.
