The course provides the essential knowledge for the understanding of the features of the programming of social services. In particular, it proposes a "toolbox" of:
- The different programming styles
- The logic of governance and deliberation in the programming process
- Participatory processes in the planning process
- The routes of national social programming
- The procedures for granting services
- Actual conditions and problems of the social service system
