Derived from	22902423 sociology of gender culture in Social Work and Sociology L-40 CANTA CARMELINA (syllabus) OFFERTA FORMATIVA ANNO ACCADEMICO 2016/2017 Attività Didattica: SPS/08 SOCIOLOGY OF GENDER CULTURE Corso opzionale (6 crediti) Prerequisiti Examination of general sociology Focus The course analyses the issues and problems of gender and the cultural models related thereto: politics, gender organisations, family relationships, institutions of power, symbolism and culture, gender productions and consumption, etc. It will study in depth the themes of gender’s policy in a global context. It will also focus on the problems relating to the role of women in religious cultures, especially in the Mediterranean area. In particular will analyse the last survey “Women and theology in Italy”.
