this curse is aimed at providing an in-depth knowledge of the legal framework regulating the audiovisual sector in Italy and Europe. Lessons will focus on the milestone constructs underlying the juridical system, the main institutional bodies, as well as all measures for the financial support to film and audiovisual chain. In particular, the course will explore the legislative evolution generated by the new economic and technological context. The ultimate objective is therefore to provide information details to encourage students to acknowledge procedures and regulations designed to support audiovisual works as well as companies operating in the field.
