HISTORY OF PHILOSOPHY - L.M.
(objectives)
The course aims to explore the relation between the dialectical presentation of Hegel’s Science of Logic and the first book of Marx’s Capital, and to shed some light on the analogies and the differences between the two. By the end of the course, students will have developed an accurate understanding of the meaning and of the properties of the dialectic as an epistemological system, and they will have to be able to critically illustrate the conceptual bonds between the examined texts.
