This course examines the socio-cultural, socio-political, and socio-economic implications of environmental challenges and related development of the battle of Chaeronea at Athens and their impact on figurative language, monuments and urban planning in the age of Alexander. This course will be divided into lectures and visits to museums and archaeological sites.
