EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES The course aims to analyze the dynamics of functioning and development of labor organizations by providing, first, an overview of the major organizational theories to learn, gradually, the main variables that determine the complexity of enterprise systems.
As part of the sessions, will be taken into account the different types of organizations from small businesses to commercial reality of the PA, from multinationals to nonprofit organizations. This is to highlight the common traits, but also and above all differences of culture and management, in order to transfer students with a consultative approach methodology, useful to their professional background.
