Seneca and the Power: the two faces of an intellectual between commitment and compromise. In the course an historical and literary setting of Seneca's Apokolokyntosis and Consolatio ad Polybium will be offered, toghether with a close reading of the latin text, an italian interpretation and a full commentary, with particular care to the aspects of literary shape and style.
