Teacher	GUARINO RAIMONDO (syllabus) The course focusses on "The Birth of Tragedy" (by F. W. Nietzsche"), with special concern for its influence on changes in performing arts values and practices between 19th and 20th century. (reference books) The students can study the english versions of the texts mentioned above (Nietzsche, Aeschylus, Baldry, Warburg).
