3. Fifteen cases decided by the European Court of Human Rights will be discussed in class*. Five of these cases, to be chosen by the student, are included in the material for examination.
The course presupposes adequate familiarity with international law in general. The book sub 2 is aimed at covering all of the areas of international law that are more relevant to international adjudication.
The above material for examination equally applies to both attending and non-attending students.
