The aim of the course is to analyze the most recent developments of European administrative law. The topics will be examined in lectures and discussion of cases and materials. Students should read materials and be prepared to discuss them in class.

For attending students the exam will be based on cases and material found on the professor’s internet page and discussed during the lessons and, furthermore, on two chapters, that will be indicated during the year, in TORCHIA L. (a cura di), Lezioni di diritto amministrativo progredito, Bologna, Il Mulino, 2 ed., 2012.

(a cura di), Diritto amministrativo europeo, Milano, 2013, Cap. I, Cap. II, Cap. V tutto, Cap. VIII, §§ 1 e 2, Cap. IX §§ da 7 a 10 (included).
