2nd year 1st language 12 ECTS LLE and OCI curricula
Achievement of B2 level. Development of: a) knowledge and understanding of the main features of the foreign language; b) ability to communicate ideas, information and intentions. Comprehension of written texts on the basis of acquired knowledge.
Introduction to the main theoretical and methodological issues related to translation as linguistic and cultural mediation. Basic autonomous learning skills.
Teaching/learning activities include: lectures; language improvement classes; use of language laboratory.

Achievement of B1 level in both receptive and productive skills. Introduction to: a) basic knowledge and understanding of the main features of the foreign language; b) application of acquired knowledge to short texts from different text types; c) ability to understand and communicate information
